As of the 27th January 2025, all patients will be given access to view records automatically. It will now become a opt out option. Please note this will allow you to view your records from the 27.01.2025 onwards not past history. If you require historical notes, please fill in the record request form that can be found at reception ( please be aware this can incur a fee).
