Important Notice Regarding Blood Test Forms

We are currently experiencing an issue with the printing of blood test forms, which is unfortunately outside of our control.

If you have recently received a message from us asking you to collect a blood test form, we would be grateful if, where possible, you could wait until next week before attending the surgery.

We are working closely with our system providers and hope to have the issue resolved as soon as possible. We will provide an update as soon as normal service is restored.
