Tests & Results

Sometimes, various tests such as blood tests and urine tests etc may be required by your GP.

If you need to have a blood test, your doctor will print a blood test form for you which you must pick up from reception.

You must make an appointment at either UHCW or St Cross and you must take the blood form with you to the appointment.

WE DO NOT TAKE BLOOD TESTS HERE AT THE SURGERY.

The time it takes for test results to come back depends on the type of test.

Please note, if your results come back normal, we will not contact you with your results. If, however further treatment or a follow up appointment is required, you will be contacted by telephone.

If you wish to have a copy of your results, you must request them from reception.
