Accessing Your GP Health Record Online

You can view your GP health record – including medications, appointments, test results and consultation notes – using the NHS App or by logging in at NHS.uk. To do this you will need an NHS login and to be registered with the practice. This online access includes new information added to your record automatically. If you need older records or a full copy of your medical records please contact the practice.

Ask at reception if you need help signing up for online access.
